Lord Vishnu, often depicted in a serene and tranquil state, resting on the serpent Adishesha, symbolizes the preserver and protector of the universe in Hinduism. He is one of the three primary deities of Hinduism, the other two being Lord Brahma, the creator, and Lord Shiva, the destroyer. Each of these items holds a deep significance; the conch represents the primordial sound of 'Om', the discus symbolizes the mind, the mace represents strength and power, and the lotus, detachment.

Devotees of Lord Vishnu follow the path of righteousness, believing firmly in the divine justice of the universe. They chant the 'Vishnu Sahasranamam', a hymn consisting of a thousand names of Vishnu, seeking his blessings and protection.
