Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, born in 1657, was the eldest son of the legendary Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He refused to convert to Islam and reveal the secrets of the Maratha Empire, ultimately leading to his tragic and brutal execution.
